Refund policy

We currently do not accept returns or refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@skalaclo.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will provide instructions for replacement or refund.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note:

• We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or delay due to processing time (up to 14 days).

• All sale items are final.
